This iBook gives the bare basics on what to expect if you choose to go the Section 8 path. The writer gives his personal advice on how to conduct yourself as a landlord when dealing with these types of tenants. A good read if you have no true idea what Section 8 is.
This book is amazing! It not only gives you a real blueprint to build your own empire,but it's also very inspirational! This book gives young brothers hope that they can build wealth! This book is right up there with "How to make a dollar out of fifth-teen cent" but unfortunately most people in our society don't read..so they will never know about this life changing gem..sucks for them..GREAT FOR ME!!
The basics (and only the basics) of section 8 rentals. It's a nice starter book but overpriced. The spelling/grammar errors are pathetic.
I really enjoyed the book. I am planning to buy a multi unit rental and I wanted to learn more about the pro and cons of Section 8. The author provides his experiences with this area of RE investing and how to live the American dream.
Great book!!! Just getting started in Realestate investing and I've been reading as much information on the topic as I can Russell makes it clear very clear why section 8 is the best way to go (2 words guaranteed/ cash flow). He also goes into how to find cheap properties, stay safe while rehabbing, and staying a step ahead of your tenants with knowledge and integrity. PS if your just starting out keep studying you might want to stay away from friends and family you will be surprised how many people who can't understand common sense.
Section 8 is great! This read like an honest explanation of the ins and outs of Section 8 investing. There are a few additional resources on his webpage and his YouTube channel. Overall it is worth the money and I think will give me some effective lessons learned to save the spin up time to successfully navigating the section 8 process.
I found Mr. Russell on you tube and enjoyed the way he broke this hustle down. I had to have this book. It is loaded with information on how to be financially free and it's not 500.00 or more. I plan on buying the hardcover and some hats and t shirts. My goal is 5 properties before 2020 with this book I feel more prepared to achieve this goal. What a great read. 😀
